Benfica ($BENFICA) and Real Sociedad ($RSO) Live on Cube Exchange. Trading Comps for Both Tokens Underway.

Interest in the Fan Token digital asset class from major centralised exchanges continues to rise with Cube Exchange  announcing the listing of the SL Benfica $BENFICA and Real Sociedad $RSO Fan Tokens.

The $BENFICA/USDC and $RSO/USDC pairs both went live at 17:30 UTC today (May 08th, 2025).

Cube has also incentivised traders with trading competitions for both tokens featuring $15K prize pools and additional rewards. The trading competitions will run until May 15th.

The $BENFICA listing follows a strong week for the token, which hit an all-time high of $3.45 on Monday (May 05th). 

The latest listings complement a strong overall week for the Fan Token sector. On Tuesday (May 06th) the world’s leading CEX Binance announced listings for the A.S. Roma ($ASR) and Alpine F1 Team ($ALPINE) Fan Tokens, with fellow major exchange Bitget, and several more following suit. The flurry of listing activity saw 24 hour volume for $ASR hit $93M, with the price rising by 45% to $2.06, while $ALPINE also soared by $54% with $54M daily volume.

Meanwhile, last night (May 07th) Paris Saint Germain ($PSG) hit a near 3-month high of $2.77 as the French team booked a spot in this season’s Champions League Final.
