AS Roma Fan Token’s 146% Summer Gains Still Bullish Despite Recent Drop

The AS Roma Fan Token ($ASR) has had an interesting summer. There are few tokens that could be said to be 146% more valuable than they were five months ago, despite losing 68% in the past month. 

The AS Roma Fan Token is the most valuable of all European football fan tokens, and the second most valuable football fan token in the world (behind the Brazilian Santos FC).

On any given day the $ASR token regularly records the most trade volume out of all Fan Tokens on the market – even the record-breaking OG Esports Fan Token ($OG), and is available on nearly twenty major cryptocurrency exchanges.

Summer of Growth for $ASR

Between April and August, the $ASR token went on a momentous run that saw it climb from a value of $1.02 up to $7.88 – marking incredible 672% growth. 

Since then, the token has fallen back to the $2.50 range, but traders’ attention hasn’t left $ASR. Just this week, the token’s trade volume slowly climbed from around $10 million to over $40 million.

$ASR defied the broader market with its surge over the course of 2025 (most Fan Tokens began surging in line with Ethereum, starting around mid-June, whereas $ASR’s growth started months before).

Alt-Season Could Benefit $ASR

Despite this fact, $ASR is still what we’d call an ‘alt’, meaning an altcoin – a cryptocurrency that is not Bitcoin. 

That’s interesting because Aaccording to CoinMarketCap, we are currently in a position that’s weighted 70-30 in favour of alt-season. Essentially, we’re more likely to see altcoins gain value than Bitcoin. 

What’s more, according to CoinMarketCap’s sentiment tracker, the $ASR token is still considered to be extremely bullish, holding a 70% bullish score based on 2,200 community votes.

Ultimately, $ASR remains one of the Fan Tokens of the year, not just in terms of the value it has gained, but also in terms of the potential for growth it still has.
