Why AS Monaco Fan Token® Could Deliver October Gains Amid Unbeaten Run

AS Monaco have made a fantastic start to the season, but the current league leaders could keep the run going and prime their Fan Token® into the bargain.
Under the charge of new Brazilian manager Filipe Luís, last year’s South American Coach of the Year, AS Monaco have posted four wins and one draw from their opening five games, making them one of just three teams to avoid defeat so far.
When domestic football returns after the international break, Monaco have a series of favourable fixtures to look forward to, meaning the prospect of them maintaining their Ligue 1 position is far from unrealistic.
Let’s take a look at how $ASM has been performing of late, and look ahead to the upcoming games.
How AS Monaco Fan Token® Has Responded to Early League Success
It’s fair to say the club’s official Fan Token® has reflected their positive run of form.
Monaco began their league campaign with a 1-0 away win over Le Havre on August 23, with the AS Monaco Fan Token® ($ASM) priced at $0.062 that morning. Fast-forward to September 4 and they had also beaten Marseille 2-0 at home and defending champions Paris Saint-Germain 2-1 in the French capital.
In the wake of the upset over PSG, the price of $ASM had climbed to $0.076, marking maturation of 22.5% from the campaign’s opening day. The victory also caused trade volumes to briefly cross $600,000, from a typical value of $100-200k.

Although profit-taking in the aftermath of the PSG win arrested $ASM’s momentum, with the token falling 13.4% on September 5, it quickly recovered to hit a four-month high of $0.079 on September 10. Since then, Monaco have drawn away to Strasbourg and beaten last year’s runners up Lens 2-1.
Despite continued success on the pitch, which has left Monaco two points ahead of both Olympique Lyonnais and Paris FC – and five clear of Paris Saint-Germain – $ASM has lost steam: between September 10 and September 21 its value dropped 25.3%.
Given the upcoming games, this recent fall raises the prospect of an impressive recovery for the token if Filipe Luís’s men can take care of business on the pitch.
Why $ASM Could Climb in October
Monaco face five games in sixteen days between October 10-25, three in the league and two in the UEFA Conference League, and if they can maintain their good form it could well translate into the perception around $ASM.
First up on October 10 is a home match against Toulouse, who have won just one of five league games. Then Monaco travel to Bulgaria for a European match against CSKA Sofia, who are also unbeaten in ten domestic matches this season.
The remaining three games are away to Lorient (12th in Ligue 1), at home to Freiburg in Europe, and at home to Lille (4th in Ligue 1).
While the European games will undoubtedly be a challenge – Freiburg made it to the Europa League final last season – Monaco will be favourites to win the domestic ties and maintain their status as Ligue 1 leaders.
Given Monaco’s run to the league summit caused its token to gain 22.5%, might continued on-pitch success deliver similar or superior gains? Particularly if some of the teams chasing Les Rouge et Blanc (The Red and Whites) drop points.
Monaco are among a cluster of clubs considered favourites for this year’s UEFA Conference League, among them Freiburg, Ajax, Brighton & Hove Albion, and Trabzonspor.
