Innovation the winner as Chiliz Chain devs own the game at Parc des Princes

A grand total of 262 Web3 sports developers descended on Paris Saint Germain’s iconic Parc des Princes Stadium between the 11th and 13th July for ‘Hacking Paris’ – a major Chiliz Chain Hackathon.

The first-of-its-kind event transformed the home of the reigning European Champions into a Web3 sports innovation hub, and featured a $150K prize pool.

Teams competed across 6 categories – Fan Token Utility, DeFi, Socios Wallet Connectivity, AI Agents/ Tools for Sports, Fan Created Content and Fan Favourite – with 12 cash prizes up for grabs.

The result was a major win for Web3 sports and Fan Tokens – with a host of exciting new Fan Token utility projects unleashed.
